Olimpia Berdysz is an Ohio-licensed corporate and commercial attorney who provides strategic, business-minded legal counsel to companies and individuals. With extensive in-house experience, she advises clients on complex transactions, contract negotiation, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance—delivering practical solutions that protect interests and support growth.
Her practice focuses on commercial and corporate matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of agreements such as land leases, vendor and international vendor agreements, consulting agreements, equipment supply agreements, employment agreements, SaaS agreements, non-disclosure agreements, corporate governance documents, and other contracts. She has served as the central gatekeeper for contracts within large, multi-state organizations, ensuring consistency, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency across departments.
Olimpia also represents individuals, offering clear, protective contract review and negotiation services.
She has extensive experience in healthcare-related agreements, including physician contracts, BAAs, medical director agreements, nursing and therapy agreements, transportation provider contracts, and other clinical and operational healthcare arrangements. Her background allows her to understand both the business and provider perspectives, giving clients a strategic advantage in negotiations.
In addition to her transactional practice, Olimpia has experience supporting executive leadership, managing corporate governance matters, developing internal policies, and collaborating with litigation counsel in mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation.

Olimpia earned her Juris Doctor from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from The Ohio State University.
